The I.M.P.A.C.T. Youth Center™
The I.M.P.A.C.T. Youth Center™ is a future initiative of True Impact Foundation™ designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment where youth can learn, grow, and discover their full potential.
Rooted in leadership, creativity, mentorship, and community connection, the center will offer opportunities for personal development, life-skills training, educational enrichment, entrepreneurship exposure, and positive peer engagement. Our goal is to help young people build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop the tools needed to thrive in school, career, and life.
Through meaningful mentorship and supportive relationships, youth will be encouraged to dream bigger, believe in themselves, and become positive leaders within their families and communities.
While the I.M.P.A.C.T. Youth Center™ is currently in the planning and fundraising stage, our vision remains clear: to create a place where children and teens feel supported, inspired, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Housing Stability, Independent Living & Community Connection
Next Chapter House™
Next Chapter House™ is a housing stability and community living initiative supported by True Impact Foundation™. Housing accommodations are provided and managed through The S&T Group, LLC. Designed to provide safe, stable, and supportive housing opportunities, the program helps adults and seniors build, maintain, or regain independence while living in a respectful and welcoming environment.
More than just housing, Next Chapter House™ creates opportunities for connection, personal growth, and an improved quality of life. Our homes are designed to foster dignity, belonging, and community while encouraging residents to remain as independent and self-sufficient as possible.
Through a shared living model, residents benefit from a peaceful home environment where isolation is reduced, meaningful relationships are encouraged, and everyday living is supported through access to resources, life-skills guidance, and community engagement opportunities. While we do not provide medical or skilled nursing services, we help connect residents with trusted community partners and service providers when additional support is needed.
Next Chapter House™ serves adults and seniors who may be experiencing housing instability, life transitions, social isolation, mobility challenges, or simply desire a supportive community-centered living environment. Our program is especially committed to helping older adults age in place with dignity while maintaining their independence and connection to others.
As True Impact Foundation™ continues to grow, we remain committed to expanding access to inclusive housing opportunities, including future ADA-compliant and wheelchair-accessible homes that support individuals with disabilities and mobility needs.

Disabled Lives Matter™ is a future initiative of True Impact Foundation™ dedicated to promoting inclusion, accessibility, connection, and quality of life for individuals living with visible and invisible disabilities, chronic illnesses, autoimmune conditions, and mobility challenges.
Our vision is to create a welcoming and inclusive community where individuals feel seen, valued, supported, and empowered. The Disabled Lives Matter™ Center is being developed as a place where people can build meaningful relationships, access resources, participate in enriching activities, and experience a genuine sense of belonging.
More than a center, Disabled Lives Matter™ represents a commitment to ensuring that no one feels isolated, overlooked, or excluded because of a disability, diagnosis, or life circumstance. We believe every individual deserves opportunities for connection, personal growth, recreation, advocacy, and community engagement.
While this initiative is currently in the planning and fundraising stage, True Impact Foundation™ is actively seeking community support, volunteers, donors, and mission-aligned supporters to help bring this vision to life.

Meet the Founder
FROM WHEEL CHAIR TO BOSS CHAIR!!
Samantha True, founder of True Impact Foundation™, brings a deeply personal lens to this work. Living with a diagnosed autoimmune illness herself, she understands firsthand the struggles of navigating stigma, systems, and the process of starting over. Her life story is one of resilience, reinvention, and rising—like a phoenix—from the ashes of adversity into a life of purpose and advocacy.
True Impact Foundation™ is more than a nonprofit; it’s a living extension of her broader platform, Samantha True Pathways, which is dedicated to creating real, lasting change for the overlooked and underserved: disabled individuals, system-impacted youth, and people reentering society post-incarceration.
Everything we do is rooted in lived experience, deep empathy, and a commitment to restorative work. We don’t just provide services; we restore dignity, power, and possibility.
